Hi, How are you?

My business cards say I'm a Graphic Designer. My work says I'm also a Front-end Web Developer. Both are true. But, generally speaking, I'm a fan of form & function (and apparently alliteration).

I've created this site to communicate with the larger world. It will be the place where all my design and online interactions come together to hang out. If you would like to throw words at me in either question or opinion form, I welcome you.

Work I’m going to call it work, even though it’s mostly just fun.

Omnitech, Inc.
Omnitech, Inc.

This is where I currently work! When I came to Omnitech, a good deal of the branding was already fleshed out. The spring / tornado / swirl logo is large and illuminated on the exterior of the building. At the time of my arrival, we also made a big push to utilize the logo as the center of our branding. I created two advertisements that used a combination of our logo and lightbulbs. Eventually, the lightbulb ads evolved to become the new Omnitech, Inc. site. My contribution to the site consisted of design, XHTML / CSS, and mootools implementation.

Musings Snarky like you like 'em

Blake Loosli, Loosely.

tenenbaums
Well, there was Brandon Bird and now there is Blake Loosli. He creates similarly hilarious caricatures of famous people. More later.

seattle apparently has amazing architects too.

I feel a little stupid posting this as I read about these guys on another blog and could just as easily link to it and use my space to tell you more about me. But, I have little of note going on and thought that these guys were worth mentioning. I spent a good 45 minutes trying to stop looking at pictures of the amazing architecture they produce. You should definitely check out Chicken Point Cabin and Bird Watcher’s House. The site is a little slow but it’s worth it.
