Hi, How are you?

My business cards say I'm a Graphic Designer. My work says I'm also a Front-end Web Developer. Both are true. But, generally speaking, I'm a fan of form & function (and apparently alliteration).

I've created this site to communicate with the larger world. It will be the place where all my design and online interactions come together to hang out. If you would like to throw words at me in either question or opinion form, I welcome you.

Work I’m going to call it work, even though it’s mostly just fun.

Great Outdoor Store
Great Outdoor Store

Although this site never got an opportunity to be fully developed, I continue to be proud of the design. As you may notice from my About section, I'm into doing outdoorsy things. Great Outdoor Store happens to be the only place in town that caters to rock climbers such as myself. It was one of those great opportunities to work on subject matter that already interests you.

Musings Snarky like you like 'em

a little friday music: Joe Pug

Joe Pug – Not So Sure from LaundroMatinee on Vimeo.

Joe Pug – Bury Me Far From My Uniform from LaundroMatinee on Vimeo.

Discovered Joe Pug through Daytrotter. He’s got great lyrics and presentation akin to Bob Dylan. I downloaded his EP on itunes and found that I actually enjoy these live recordings better.

eventually, everyone does a bear impression.

On my previous blog I showcased the awesome HO_US_E OF/ CARD_S video that was shot entirely with lazers.  The aforementioned video allowed the user to manipulate the angle and zoom of their view whilst Thom Yorke sang and landscapes were explored.  Much in the spirit of the HO_US_E OF/ CARD_S video, Radiohead has released an interactive live performance that allows the user to choose from any of 12 camera angles and ultimately create their own concert-going experience.  The song is 15 Step and the location is Japan. Check it out if you have the time.
